SELF-AWARENESS WITH ESSENTIAL OILS ON DIFFERENT LEVELS: A PRACTICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL WORKSHOP TO EXPLORE YOUR OWN PERCEPTION
workshop

In this experimental workshop we will explore different layers of sensation together – with the help of essential oils.

When experiences at the perceptual level emerge from the unconscious into consciousness, we can reach our goal: tailor the selection of essential oils for our clients to their individual situation and thus address their issues more effectively – moving away from the idea of „essential oil X helps condition Z“.

The theoretical part will begin by focusing on the participants themselves, examining their unique perspectives and potential target groups for this approach. Exemplary cases will be shared to provide real-life context and inspiration.

In the practical part, participants will delve into the sensory experience of exploring scents, engaging with various sensory pathways. They will reflect on their individual impressions and expressions. The session will conclude with a wrap-up, summarizing insights and offering practical takeaways for integrating this knowledge into future practices.
